Rodolfo Sierra Santana

The group Los Viagras is led by Rodolfo Sierra Santana, known by the alias "El Tronado," who is wanted for numerous charges including homicide, robbery, extortion, and kidnapping. Los Viagras, also known as Los Sierra, is a notorious armed faction operating within the LNFM Cartel in the Mexican state of Michoacán. This group was first established by the Sierra Santana Brothers. Operating primarily in regions such as Zamora, Jacona, Tangancicuario, Sahuayo, and Uruapan, Los Viagras has gained infamy for their brutal acts of violence. One of their most chilling atrocities gained widespread attention through a viral video in 2018, famously dubbed "No Mercy in Mexico." In this horrifying footage, the gang is seen torturing and murdering two victims—an adult and his son—outdoors. The father is brutally decapitated while the son, gagged and helpless, witnesses the gruesome ordeal. The perpetrators proudly display the severed head, revealing their gang affiliation as Los Viagras. Subsequently, they turn their attention to the son, subjecting him to further torture before gruesomely extracting and mutilating his heart, throwing it aside callously. The motive behind this heinous double homicide, as declared in the video, is purportedly revenge for the victims allegedly divulging sensitive information to a rival gang. This chilling incident underscores the extreme violence and ruthlessness associated with Los Viagras, instilling fear and terror in the communities they operate in.
